Private label manufacturing is faster when the buyer confirms product direction, fit, logo, labels and packaging before sample making. A clear RFQ reduces back-and-forth and makes bulk quotation more accurate.
1. Confirm product direction
Start with product type, fabric direction, GSM, fit reference, size range and target market. For example, a heavyweight streetwear tee, UPF50+ fishing shirt, cooling summer tee or 400G fleece hoodie will each need a different sample route.
2. Prepare branding details
Buyers should prepare logo files and decide where the brand will appear. Common options include chest print, sleeve logo, back print, embroidery, woven label, neck print, care label, hang tag and carton mark.
3. Review sample before bulk order
The sample should be checked for fabric handfeel, fit, measurement, color, shrinkage, logo position, stitching, label placement and packaging. Any changes should be confirmed before bulk production starts.
4. Confirm packing and export details
For B2B orders, packing affects both buyer presentation and logistics. Confirm polybag, size sticker, barcode label, hang tag, carton mark, packing ratio, carton dimensions and destination country before final quote.
